Regional Manager – Brighton, Southampton & Oxford

About the role

SF Partners is recruiting a Regional Manager to lead three established legal services branches in Brighton, Southampton and Oxford. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadership across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams, conducting regular regional visits and performance reviews.
• Own regional revenue, profitability and productivity, analysing data to drive improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent, compliant, high‑quality client experiences across all branches.
• Identify growth opportunities, increase market presence and support branch development.
• Manage under‑performance through improvement plans and promote best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑site operations in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent people‑leadership skills, able to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Brighton, Southampton and Oxford.
