Regional Manager – London

About the role

We are partnering with a leading retail business to find a Regional Manager for a key London region. You will own a multi‑site operation, leading Store Managers to deliver outstanding commercial results while ensuring an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and overall financial performance across the region.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Store Managers to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensure every store delivers a seamless customer journey from first interaction through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average transaction values and overall commercial performance.
• Use data, insight and reporting to make effective business decisions.
• Build leadership capability and succession plans across the region.
• Maintain high operational and service standards and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale retail operations across multiple locations.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial growth in an assisted‑selling environment.
• Ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of the customer journey and how it drives sales.
