Regional Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee 25‑30 stores across London, Essex and Kent. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for sales performance, profitability, customer experience and people development in a fast‑paced omnichannel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, building leadership capability and succession pipelines.
• Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability by identifying commercial opportunities, analysing performance and implementing action plans.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through consistent service standards, brand storytelling and flawless execution of campaigns and product launches.
• Own regional performance metrics including sales, profit, payroll, productivity, compliance, shrinkage and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct purposeful store visits to review performance, coach leaders, identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Build inclusive, engaged teams through coaching, recognition and effective performance management.
• Develop strong partnerships with Head Office functions and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a multi‑store retail region (approximately 25‑30 stores).
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive action.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment.
