Regional Manager – South West & South Central England

About the role

We are partnering with a successful retail business to recruit a Regional Manager for the South West and South Central region (Wiltshire, Somerset, Berkshire and Dorset). The role leads a network of store managers, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and overall financial performance across the region.
• Lead, coach and develop store managers to achieve high‑impact results.
• Ensure every store provides an outstanding customer journey from first contact to completion.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve conversion rates, average transaction values and overall commercial performance.
• Use data, insights and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Build leadership capability and succession plans throughout the region.
• Maintain high operational and service standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Champion customer experience as a core driver of business success.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior leadership role within an assisted‑selling or retail environment.
• Strong track record of leading multi‑site teams and delivering sustainable sales and profit growth.
• Commercially focused with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to translate exceptional customer experiences into measurable business results.
