About the role

We are partnering with a respected, service‑led retailer to find a Regional Manager for the South West of the UK. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of high‑profile locations, championing a world‑class customer and colleague experience across Berkshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire high‑performing teams across multiple sites.
• Set and maintain exceptional standards in presentation, environment and customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance while safeguarding service quality.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape regional strategy.
• Embed consistent operational standards across a varied estate.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve performance and the customer journey.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regional or senior multi‑site leadership role within retail or hospitality.
• Track record of overseeing around 20 large‑format locations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on creating outstanding environments.
• Inspirational leader capable of engaging, motivating and developing teams at all levels.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance performance, people and service.
• Resilient, driven and committed to excellence.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading through others.
