Regional Manager – West/NW London

About the role

Our client, a leading retail brand with stores across the UK, is seeking a Regional Manager for the West and North‑West London area. Reporting to the Operations Director and the board, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and operational excellence across multiple stores.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, debt, cost and profit targets for each store in the region.
• Own the regional P&L and present monthly performance to ownership.
• Recruit, develop, coach and manage Store Managers to maximise team and individual performance.
• Design and implement strategic and operational plans to grow revenue and improve store standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure high customer service standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyse key metrics, monitor day‑to‑day performance and produce performance reports for the board.
• Prepare the annual budget for the region and work closely with HR to foster an inclusive, productive environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Area, Regional or Divisional Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of budget setting, business planning and P&L accountability.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership or board level.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
