Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will support the delivery of national marketing strategies for a leading construction business, focusing on housing developments across the North East region. You will work closely with sales teams to create and execute campaigns that attract new clients and reinforce the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales Managers and Negotiators to understand each development’s USPs, location and target market.
• Maintain regular contact with Area Sales Managers to capture marketing requirements and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with media buyers and property portals, preparing media schedules, costs and broadcast dates.
• Produce advert briefs for graphic designers and manage approval timelines.
• Work with the Rightmove Account Manager to benchmark performance and optimise listings.
• Oversee new release procedures, ensuring web and Rightmove availability and timely e‑shot distribution.
• Audit listings weekly on Rightmove to maintain accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the construction, housing or real‑estate sector.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and target audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with sales and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
