Regional Operations Manager

About the role

Neoci Ltd, an Ofcom‑registered telecoms company, is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of four retail branches in North London. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be the operational backbone ensuring a consistent, professional, and customer‑focused experience across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for daily operations across all retail sites, maintaining efficiency, presentation, and professionalism.
• Line‑manage and develop Branch Managers, setting clear expectations and acting as the primary escalation point for operational or staffing issues.
• Oversee staffing levels, rota creation, and holiday/sickness planning to ensure adequate coverage.
• Lead training and onboarding programmes, ensuring staff are equipped with product, pricing, systems, and service knowledge.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, customer experience, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably within a telecom or consumer‑services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting branch managers.
• Ability to manage workforce planning, rotas, and staffing challenges.
• Focus on delivering high‑quality customer experiences across multiple locations.
