Regional Operations Manager

About the role

Camphill Village Trust is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Supported Living services across Northern England. Working as the operational deputy to the Head of Supported Living, you will ensure services are safe, person‑centred and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership through the management and development of Registered Managers and the Quality & Improvement Lead.
• Ensure services meet high standards of quality, regulatory compliance (CQC) and operational performance.
• Deliver regional assurance using governance, performance data and quality intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
• Build high‑performing teams, develop leadership capability and strengthen relationships with commissioners and partners.
• Maintain inspection‑ready services while delivering person‑centred support.

Required profile

• Significant operational leadership experience within Supported Living or adult social care.
• Proven experience managing multiple services through Registered Managers.
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulation, safeguarding and governance.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop leaders.
• Data‑driven approach to quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with commissioners, families and professional partners.
• Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autism.
