Regional Partnership Manager

About the role

The Regional Partnership Manager reports to the England Partnership Lead and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with organisations across the private, public and third sectors in the South East England region. The role focuses on increasing engagement with financial guidance services and improving outcomes for customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organisation with external stakeholders across private, public and third sectors.
• Develop and implement the regional engagement strategy and business plan.
• Drive traffic and engagement with debt, money and pensions guidance services.
• Coordinate forums, events and collaborative initiatives to improve customer access to support.
• Manage regional communications, media relations and external affairs.
• Share best practices and strategic approaches with partners.
• Identify and manage the organisation’s reputation within the region.
• Engage employers to deliver financial wellbeing propositions for employees.
• Provide market insights and trends to shape future strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience building relationships across private, public and third‑sector organisations.
• Track record of delivering regional engagement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Experience planning and facilitating events, forums and collaborative projects.
• Ability to increase awareness and uptake of financial guidance services.
• Experience working with employers and partners to improve customer and employee outcomes.
