Regional Pricing Analyst (EMEA) – Fixed-Term

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and intellectually curious Regional Pricing Analyst to join our EMEA Pricing team within Finance on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering family leave, with the potential to become permanent. You will support the development, implementation and governance of regional pricing strategies, delivering high‑quality analysis and actionable insights across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies for public tenders across EMEA markets.
• Contribute to pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks.
• Monitor and analyse the impact of International Reference Pricing (IRP) across multiple markets.
• Assist with launch pricing assessments, loss‑of‑exclusivity planning and price‑erosion analysis.
• Track cross‑border and parallel trade dynamics to identify pricing risks and commercial opportunities.
• Build, maintain and enhance pricing models, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Prepare pricing analyses, recommendations and presentations for regional decision‑making.
• Partner with Finance, Market Access and Commercial teams on ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, inquisitive and eager to learn.
