Regional Sales Associate

About the role

The Regional Sales Associate will join a market‑leading blue‑chip commercial finance provider, reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales. You will be responsible for generating new invoice‑finance business across the South East, focusing on SME customers and intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for loan volume and deal count, promoting facilities up to £350,000 (occasionally up to £500,000).
• Develop and manage a network of intermediaries and direct clients through a structured business‑development strategy.
• Support national marketing campaigns and issue quotations in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare business proposals, credit papers and risk assessments for sign‑off.
• Own the full sales pipeline, ensuring rapid response times and smooth hand‑over to the New Business Support Team.
• Coordinate approved new‑business files through to first payment, liaising with credit and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with money‑laundering regulations throughout the acquisition process.
