Regional Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to cover the North East England area, including Cleveland, Durham, Cumbria, East Yorkshire Coast, Lancashire, North Yorkshire, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and West Yorkshire. The role involves managing existing accounts and winning new business for Country Choice, part of Sysco Specialty Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers across the assigned region.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the convenience retail market.
• Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through effective account management.
• Interpret and act upon financial data to drive profitable sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the convenience retail sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to reside within the designated patch area.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
