Regional Sales Executive – North West England

About the role

Join Country Choice, part of the Sysco Specialty Group, as a Regional Sales Executive covering the North West of England. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts and winning new business across a diverse retail landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers such as Spar, Costcutter, Nisa, Londis and Booker.
• Identify and convert profitable new business opportunities within the convenience retail market.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Interpret financial data to drive commercial decisions and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored bakery and food‑to‑go solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the retail or foodservice sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
