Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth within the hospitality sector across Kent and the South East of England. You will be the primary commercial contact for hotels, luxury resorts and other hospitality clients, building long‑lasting relationships that drive measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet revenue, margin and market‑share targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, luxury resorts and related hospitality clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as trusted advisor.
• Forge senior‑level relationships with owners, general managers, directors of sales and procurement teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts that deliver profitable growth.
• Maintain an active pipeline, forecast accurately and report performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to tailor offers and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development and account management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a track record of winning and retaining strategic clients.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging at C‑suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a robust pipeline.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory and attend industry events.

• Competitive salary of £45,000‑£50,000 per annum.
