Key responsibilities

• Recruit high‑calibre mortgage and protection advisors
• Build, manage and develop your own sales team
• Provide regular coaching, mentorship and sales support
• Motivate advisors, maintain high morale and drive performance
• Encourage business development and maximise marketing opportunities
• Identify training needs and support skill development
• Collaborate with dedicated marketing support

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential)
• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor
• Demonstrated track record in team building and recruitment
• Strong recruitment capabilities
• Desirable: experience managing teams within the mortgage sector
