Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role
Our client, a world‑leading pharmaceutical business, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South of England. You will be based in Swindon and will lead a small team of territory sales representatives, working closely with the Head of Sales to achieve commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of two territory sales representatives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with pharmacy group accounts.
- Increase order value and sales volume across the region.
- Take full P&L responsibility for the territory.
- Coach, lead and develop staff to meet performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Salary up to £65,000 per year.
