Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical (South England)

About the role
Our client, a world‑leading pharmaceutical business, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the South England territory. The role involves driving sales growth across independent and group pharmacy accounts while leading a small team of territory representatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of two territory sales representatives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of pharmacy group accounts.
- Increase order value and overall sales volume across the region.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to achieve regional targets.
- Take full P&L responsibility for the territory.
- Coach, lead and develop sales staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Demonstrated track record of sales success.

- Salary up to £65,000 per year.
