Regional Sales Manager – South West (Access Automation)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South West to represent a leading global manufacturer of access automation and entrance control solutions. Based in Swindon, you will own the territory, develop new business and grow existing accounts across a diverse range of security and building‑product markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities throughout the South West region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, architects and specifiers.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts, delivering technical advice and specification support.
• Influence project specifications and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales director and technical team to ensure product knowledge and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling access automation, electronic security or specification‑led building products.
• Track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
