Regional Sales Manager – Ventilation Products

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and specification of our high‑quality ventilation product range across North East England and Yorkshire. This field‑based position involves building relationships with M&E consultants and contractors to secure project specifications and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio worth approximately £3 million, targeting projects from £50 k to £500 k.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, housing developers and local authorities.
• Present technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations and respond to specification queries.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the region’s growth potential.
• Provide accurate forecasts and market feedback to the wider sales team.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience in ventilation or HVAC products.
• Track record of selling to M&E consultants and contractors.
• Strong technical understanding of ventilation systems and related equipment.
• Highly organised, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Team‑player with a genuine hunger to exceed targets.

What we offer

• Base salary £55 k‑£60 k plus uncapped commission (OTE £80 k‑£95 k).
