Regional Subsidence Surveyor

About the role

Rapidly expanding Subsidence Division of a national surveying practice is looking for a Regional Subsidence Surveyor to operate across the north of England. The role is home‑based and involves handling domestic subsidence losses for a range of clients including loss adjusters, housing associations, councils and private individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 60 domestic subsidence loss cases.
• Undertake schedules of repair and coordinate all stages of each loss.
• Project‑manage each case from initial assessment through to final conclusion.
• Maintain communication with clients such as loss adjusters, housing associations and councils.

Required profile

• Qualified as MCIOB or MRICS.
• Proven experience handling domestic subsidence losses across the north of England (Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle).
• Comfortable with remote working and self‑disciplined.
