Regional Supply Planner - Europe

About the role

As a Regional Supply Planner for Europe, you will ensure a reliable and efficient supply plan that balances demand, capacity, and inventory across multiple sites. You will work closely with commercial, manufacturing and external partners to maintain product availability in a dynamic chemical supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a feasible supply plan balancing demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and proactively address supply‑demand gaps.
• Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions.
• Translate supply plans into actionable guidance for regional execution teams.
• Validate near‑term supply commitments and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve constraints.
• Maintain accurate finished‑goods and raw‑material planning parameters in SAP systems.
• Drive alignment with commercial and manufacturing teams across regions.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as service level, inventory targets, and production adherence.
• Escalate supply issues to supply‑chain and business leadership when required.
• Support external manufacturing partners and new product launches where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning or a similar supply‑chain role.
• Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or multi‑plant environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply planning or S&OP platforms such as OMP, o9, SAP IBP.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
