Regional Support Manager

About the role

The Regional Support Manager will work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. You will help ensure each home meets performance targets, maintains compliance, and delivers high‑quality resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide focused support to key homes to maintain regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Stand in for General Managers during absences, ensuring continuity of leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Analyse quality and performance data and recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in care home management roles.
• Preferably a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge.
• Experience supporting multiple homes at a regional level.
• Strong staff supervision and development abilities.
• NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
