Regional Trainer – North of England

About the role
We are looking for a Regional Trainer to lead housing‑related training across the North of England. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes for staff working in supported living services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training materials and curricula for supported‑living staff.
- Deliver blended learning sessions using e‑learning, webinars, face‑to‑face workshops and on‑site observation.
- Assess training needs, monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to a cluster of schemes across the region.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards.
Required profile
- Experience working in housing or supported‑living environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for supported living.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to inclusive, person‑centred care.
Required skills
- Training design and delivery.
- Use of e‑learning platforms and webinar tools.
- Observation and feedback techniques.
What we offer
- Salary £33,397 per annum, rising to £35,144 after 12 months.
- Car allowance of £7,703 per annum.
- 35‑hour work week with a supportive, not‑for‑profit environment.
