About the role
Extension Architecture & Interiors Ltd is seeking a qualified ARB‑registered architect to join its London studio. The role focuses on residential projects, guiding designs from concept through planning approval and construction. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality extensions, loft conversions and interior solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare planning application and building regulation drawings.
- Develop residential architectural designs from concept through delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
- Attend site visits and project coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations.
- Manage project deadlines while maintaining high‑quality design standards.
Required profile
- ARB‑registered architect.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit (advantageous)
