Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Services

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well‑established domiciliary care service in Tunbridge Wells. You will ensure care is safe, compliant and person‑centred while driving continuous improvement and supporting service growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high‑quality domiciliary care services.
- Maintain governance, regulatory compliance and CQC standards.
- Oversee quality, risk management and operational performance.
- Develop staff, manage performance and support professional growth.
- Travel locally for service reviews, staff supervision, audits and client engagement.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader in domiciliary care.
- In‑depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
