Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – Southampton

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to take ownership of a well‑established home‑care branch in Southampton. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, person‑centred care while ensuring commercial success and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and drive team performance.
• Maintain and improve CQC performance and compliance.
• Manage office and field staff, including rota planning.
• Develop sustainable growth and new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in domiciliary care management.
• Registered Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.
• Excellent people‑management and leadership abilities.
• Commercial awareness and operational understanding.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
