About the role

We are seeking a Registered Fostering Manager to lead a small therapeutic fostering agency in Norfolk. The role offers a competitive salary of £52,000‑£57,000 and flexible home‑working options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a team comprising a full‑time administrator and a full‑time social worker.
• Oversee the care of 11 children placed with 5 families, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold the agency’s Good Ofsted rating.
• Develop and implement policies, training and support for staff.

Required profile

• Registered Fostering Manager or Team Manager status with Social Work England.
• Experience working in fostering or related social work settings.
• Full driving licence.

Required skills

• Leadership and management of small teams.
• Knowledge of fostering regulations and Ofsted standards.
• Ability to deliver strategic direction and operational oversight.
