About the role
The Registered Fostering Manager will work closely with the Operations Director, overseeing a stable team of supervising social workers, senior practitioners and support staff, and managing a service that supports 80 foster families across the North West.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to drive service quality and compliance.
- Lead and supervise a team of 8 Supervising Social Workers, 1 Senior Practitioner, 2 Deputy Managers and 1 Support Worker.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Registered Fostering Manager within a fostering setting.
- Full, clean driving licence.
