About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Registered General Nurse and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality clinical care to our residents. You will use your strong clinical knowledge and people‑centred approach to support relationship‑focused and dementia care within a supportive home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee continuous assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care.
• Lead and inspire the clinical team, aligning daily practice with Hallmark’s vision and values.
• Audit and update care plans regularly to ensure they meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Ethical professional who consistently follows the Hallmark Charter.
• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with proven experience in relationship‑centred care.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about dementia care.

Required skills

• Robust clinical assessment and care planning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Specialist knowledge in dementia care.
