Registered Home Manager – Residential Care Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a luxurious residential care facility in Glasgow, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for elderly residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care services.
• Champion a positive, values‑based culture and maintain high occupancy.
• Inspire, develop and retain a high‑performing staff team.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate Scotland and maintain inspection readiness.
• Manage budgets, resources and overall home performance.
• Drive service development and growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years senior leadership experience as a residential care manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health/social care; leadership/management qualification desirable.
• Strong understanding of CI compliance, inspections, governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading, developing and retaining staff.
• Experience working with Local Authorities/Commissioners and key partners.
• Commercial awareness with confidence in managing budgets and performance.
