Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Full‑time)

About the role
This full‑time permanent position is for a Registered Manager (CQC) within a leading domiciliary care provider based in Leeds. You will lead a 1,000‑hour contract, working closely with the Deputy Manager, care coordinators and a team of support workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure services meet CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and motivate the care team to provide the best possible care.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Participate in on‑call duties as required.
- Collaborate with senior management and contribute to service growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
- Hands‑on experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate an effective team.
- Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards.
- Ideally, previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
- Full UK driving licence.
