Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (London)

About the role

Banquo, part of the Prospero Group, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead its domiciliary care service in London. You will be responsible for ensuring the service exceeds CQC standards while delivering person‑centred, high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day service delivery and lead office and care teams.
• Drive workforce engagement, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs and support strategic growth.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, manage audits, incident response and safeguarding.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessment and inspection readiness.
• Develop relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years’ experience in domiciliary care.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, CQC Registration Regulations, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding legislation.
• Commercial, operational and organisational competence.
