Registered Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well‑established care provider in Aldershot, delivering high‑quality services for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. This full‑time, permanent position offers a varied and progressive career path within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, quality‑assurance initiatives and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Maintain safe, effective, person‑centred care delivery across the service.
• Motivate, develop and manage multidisciplinary staff teams.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive, values‑driven culture.
• Manage budgets, monitor occupancy and drive financial sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven Registered Manager experience within adult social care.
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or progressing towards it).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
