Registered Manager LD Residential Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disability residential service in Luton. You will be directly employed by Complete Care Services and will be accountable for delivering a safe, homely, and stimulating environment for service users, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality standards, ensuring CQC fundamental standards and Local Authority contract monitoring are met or exceeded.
• Review personal performance and development needs to support growth.
• Provide a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Manage the service budget effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external codes of conduct.
• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care that meets individual needs.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and enhance the service.
• Support service users in achieving their potential.

Required profile

• Proven verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Track record of managing services with “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC ratings.
• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Experience in the Learning Disability sector.
• Collaborative leadership and experience supervising a small team.
• Ability to work flexibly in a changing environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing a caseload of service users with complex needs.
