Registered Manager – Lead Award‑Winning Domiciliary Care Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an award‑winning domiciliary care service in Essex. You will own the day‑to‑day operation, drive quality and compliance, and shape a culture where staff and service users thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational management of a high‑quality domiciliary care service.
• Conduct client consultations, care assessments and develop personalised care plans.
• Ensure consistent delivery of person‑centred care and maintain full CQC compliance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a motivated care team.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners and local stakeholders.
• Manage service quality, client satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the growth and development of the branch.

Required profile

• Experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to progress.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
• Commercial awareness to support service growth.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
