Registered Manager – Multi‑Site Care Services

About the role

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop high‑quality care services across multiple homes in the Lincolnshire region. You will be responsible for ensuring residents receive safe, personalised care while supporting the growth of additional services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee care delivery across several sites, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and update care plans to reflect changing physical and mental health needs.
• Conduct audits, manage risk assessments and implement improvement actions promptly.
• Recruit, induct, train and motivate staff, providing supervision and handling performance or disciplinary matters.
• Develop rotas and contingency staffing plans to maintain seamless service provision.
• Handle safeguarding issues, complaints and incidents with professionalism and duty of candour.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing multiple care homes or similar services.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
