Registered Manager – Rehab Facility

About the role

Our client provides safe, transformative drug and alcohol rehabilitation in a residential setting. As the Registered Manager you will lead the facility, ensuring high‑quality, client‑led treatment and a supportive environment for recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the rehab facility.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision and competency assessment.
• Conduct audits of treatment processes and ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership in safeguarding, risk management and continuous service improvement.
• Develop services in line with national guidance and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a rehabilitation or similar hospital setting.
• Minimum five years’ experience in substance misuse, nursing, counselling or mental health.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
