Registered Manager – Residential Care (Kent)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential care service for younger adults with learning disabilities in Kent. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, and offers a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the residential service.
- Lead and support the staff team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users with learning disabilities, autism, and physical or sensory impairments.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
