Registered Manager – Supported Living

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead a new venture within Sensecare Group. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop a supported living service from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in care management and provider relations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop the supported living service, creating systems, policies, and procedures from inception.
• Secure Approved Provider List (APL) status and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, induct and onboard care staff and support workers.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioning bodies and healthcare providers.
• Manage budgets, finances and resource allocation while ensuring person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Proven experience securing APL status for care services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supported living, care management or a similar sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and commissioning processes.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent experience) and a valid DBS certificate.
• Demonstrated ability to establish new services and lead teams.
