Registered Manager – Supported Living Services

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our CQC‑regulated supported living services in the Wiltshire and Swindon area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will share operational oversight with the existing Registered Manager and be responsible for a dedicated staff team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity and choice.
• Maintain CQC registration and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance management for the care team.
• Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism or additional needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and adult social care legislation.
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and a valid UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
