Registered Nurse – Bank (Camberley)

About the role
Join Avery Healthcare Group as a Bank Registered Nurse at Camberley Woods Care Home, Surrey. You will work a 7:45 am – 8:00 pm shift, providing high‑quality care to residents while supporting the care team.
Key responsibilities
- Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager when required.
- Administer medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and manage chronic medical conditions.
- Communicate changes in residents’ condition to families and GPs.
- Supervise and deploy care staff to ensure tasks are completed during the shift.
- Conduct accurate assessments and care planning.
Required profile
- First Level nursing qualification with current NMC registration.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience.
- Post‑basic studies or additional qualifications related to care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct care activities.
- Knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
