Registered Nurse – Bank (Epsom)

About the role

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the award‑winning team at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. You will act as the person in charge, stepping in for the manager when required, and deliver high‑quality care to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Stand in for the manager and ensure standards of care are maintained.
• Administer medication, perform dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and manage chronic medical conditions.
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to families and GPs.
• Supervise and deploy care staff throughout the shift.
• Conduct accurate assessments and develop care plans.

Required profile

• First Level nursing qualification with current NMC registration.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of care supported by post‑basic studies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct care activities.
• Commitment to the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable.
