Registered Nurse – Permanent Role in Walthamstow

About the role

Our client, a newly acquired care home in Walthamstow, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RGNs) to join a permanent team. You will work autonomously within a supportive environment, delivering high‑quality patient care across a diverse caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in delivering care that meets individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
• Develop personal and team knowledge and skills.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
• Uphold equality, diversity, and patient rights.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision, applying clinical reasoning to varied patient cases.

Required profile

• Effective team player with strong interpersonal communication.
• Competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional knowledge.
• Completed mandatory training, including infection control and health & safety.
• Demonstrates accountable practice and empathy for vulnerable patients.
• Passionate about customer care, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Registered and regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
