About the role
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, creating a safe and supportive environment while making critical clinical decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Provide medicines safely and ensure regulatory compliance (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
- Deliver person‑centred nursing care to residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Required profile
- Current NMC registration.
- Good knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience producing well‑developed care plans and risk assessments.
