Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, patient‑centred nursing care on a busy emergency surgical ward.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment pathways.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection‑control standards.
• Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate assistance.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Experience working in a hospital environment, either as a newly qualified or experienced nurse.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion for patients and relatives.
