Registered Service Manager – Residential Care

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Registered Service Manager to lead a well‑established 6‑bed residential service in Wraysbury, Berkshire. You will be responsible for creating a warm, person‑centred environment where adults with complex needs can thrive and enjoy meaningful community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the residential service, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Drive occupancy growth and support service development, including filling two current vacancies.
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve service delivery and resident experience.
• Develop, mentor and inspire the care team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing rotas and health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for registration.
• Proven experience in residential care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy or mental health needs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to promoting independence, community engagement and person‑centred outcomes.
