Regulatory Analyst

About the role

The Regulatory team at FundApps reviews and analyses financial regulations and translates them into algorithmic rules. You will own regulatory analysis across dozens of jurisdictions, working directly with global clients and a legal information provider to interpret compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyse financial regulations and convert complex requirements into FundApps’ domain‑specific rule language.
• Own regulatory changes from analysis through implementation, testing and release.
• Investigate client queries on regulatory interpretation and provide clear, well‑reasoned answers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance services and embed regulatory perspective in product decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to the Regulatory team’s processes and standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, technical, quantitative or business analyst role, preferably within financial services or RegTech.
• Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and produce practical outputs.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, bonds and derivatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support less experienced teammates.
