About the role
This position supports a Lloyd's insurance broker in London, working closely with the Head of Compliance to monitor regulatory developments and ensure the business remains compliant with UK insurance regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and communicate regulatory changes across the organisation.
- Update existing policies to keep them fit for purpose.
- Liaise directly with regulators and complete required regulatory returns.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide compliance guidance.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook.
- Strong background in regulatory compliance, preferably within insurance.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a compliance function at an insurance broker is essential.
