Regulatory Exam Lead – Vice President, Risk & Compliance Governance

About the role

Join a governance team that supports the firm in responding to regulators and internal auditors across EMEA and APAC. As a Vice President you will lead the coordination of regulatory examinations, audits and governance forums, ensuring clear, evidence‑backed submissions that are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory examinations, audits and reviews across the EMEA and APAC regions for the Monitoring & Testing Program.
• Coordinate interactions between regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders, aligning owners and managing documentation.
• Manage regulatory meetings, track requests, produce evidence‑backed responses and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor examination findings, report on remediation actions and produce metrics for senior management.
• Prepare status updates, escalation reports and support senior stakeholder walkthroughs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk, compliance or regulatory examination coordination within a financial institution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and business lines.
• Ability to organise complex information, meet tight deadlines and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
